Integration

Psychedelic Preparation & Integration.

What happened in the experience is only the beginning. The real work is what you do with it.

What this is

The work that surrounds the medicine.

Psychedelic and plant medicine experiences have the potential to crack open what nothing else has been able to reach. They can illuminate what has been hidden, dissolve what has been rigid, and return you to a depth of yourself you may not have felt in years. But the experience itself is only the opening. What you do with it determines everything.

Integration is the careful, supported work of taking what arose in the journey and weaving it into how you actually live. The insights need a home in your body, your behavior, your relationships. Without that support, even the most profound experience can fade back into the familiar. With the right guidance, it becomes the turning point everything else organizes around.

I bring nearly two decades of personal ceremonial experience and deep knowledge of these medicines to this work. You are not explaining yourself to someone who has only read about this. You are working with someone who knows this terrain from the inside, and who will hold you with warmth, steadiness, and genuine understanding every step of the way.

Medicines and experiences

What I work with

Psilocybin

Retreat-based, clinical, or guided journeys. Preparation for what may arise, and warm, grounded integration of what does.

Ayahuasca

Ceremonial work in lineage-held containers, and the long, patient integration arc that this medicine particularly asks for.

Ketamine

Clinical, KAP, or at-home protocols. Pacing the work gently so what opens has somewhere safe to land.

MDMA and empathogens

For trauma-focused work or relational openings. Careful, supported integration so the openness becomes something durable.

5-MeO-DMT and iboga

The most powerful and demanding experiences. Integration here is not optional and not brief. We move slowly, carefully, and with deep attention to what these experiences require.

Plant dietas and other lineages

Working alongside whatever tradition is holding the medicine, in respectful service of how it lands and lives in your actual life.

How this unfolds

The arc of the work

Preparation

Two to six sessions in the weeks before your experience. We clarify intention, settle your nervous system, name what might come up, and build the steadiness that lets you meet whatever arises with presence rather than fear. You will not go in alone.

The threshold

A session shortly before and shortly after the experience itself. We do not go in cold and we do not come out into nothing. The edges of the experience deserve as much care as what is in the middle.

Integration

The longer arc, typically three to six months of regular sessions. Working with what arose, tending to what got stirred up, and helping the insights become embodied rather than just remembered. This is where the real transformation happens.

The slow weave

Real integration is not a single conversation. It is the patient, supported process of letting your relationships, choices, and sense of self slowly reorganize around what you have come to know. We walk that path together, at whatever pace you need.

Who this is for

Wherever you are in the journey

You are preparing for an experience and want to approach it right.

Maybe for the first time, maybe returning with more intentionality. You want to arrive prepared and supported, not just hopeful. And you want someone steady on the other side when you come back.

You have recently come back from an experience.

Something opened. You are in the disorienting, tender space between what you saw and what your ordinary life is. You need warm, knowledgeable company to help it land without losing what you found.

The journey happened but the integration did not.

The insights are fading. The old patterns are quietly reasserting. What felt life-changing is slowly slipping back to before. This is the work that makes it actually stick. It is not too late.

You have done many journeys and sense more medicine is not the answer.

The experiences keep showing you the same things. The work is not in the next journey. It is in the integration you have never fully done. Let us give that the same care and attention you have given the ceremony.
